Priority use of park to be granted by reservation only; reservation may be made by contacting the City of Nolanville. Please note, individuals may not utilize city facilities for profit making endeavors.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
By submitting an application you agree to the Park Rules and Regulations and understand that you are responsible for cleanup. If the Park is not cleaned up or has been damaged, you will be subject to all costs incurred by the City; including and/or in excess of your deposit. You are also responsible to make certain that all rules and regulations are followed and are aware that violation of the rules and regulations could prohibit future applications for reservations by you or the organization you are representing.
